ENGINEERING

The Engineering Department is the smallest department within the academy. Nevertheless, what it lacks in size, it compensates for with experience; each member of the Engineering Department possesses a wealth of expertise, hailing from the upper firmament of heaven. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, along with the support of her three primary assistants, they hold responsibility for the Four Winds and the foundations of the universe.
